1. Uthai Thani Province has knowledgeable tour guide volunteers. They are capable of providing assistance and taking care of the safety of tourists in the first place, and are able to coordinate the roles and duties of tour volunteers with various agencies. It can facilitate tourists as well as organize tourism and recreational activities in the area with the number of 59 people

2. Integration of cooperation in solving problems that arise with tourists and building confidence in tourism safety for both Thai and foreign tourists between network partners in both the public and private sectors.

3. Tourists have confidence in the safety of tourism in Uthai Thani Province.

4. Tour volunteers can provide welcome, information, route guidance and facilitation for tourists, as well as monitor safety. Prevent accidents, report clues, and provide initial assistance to the injured at tourist attractions to promote image and sustainable tourism.

1. No person is allowed to construct a building in accordance with the Law on the Control of Building Construction within the area of an ancient site, unless permitted by the Director General of the Department of Fine Arts.

Therefore, the ultimate goal of the Action Plan for the Conservation and Development of the Uthai Thani Old Town is not to stop time or make the Old Town a stationary museum, but to manage changes creatively so that the Old Town of Uthai Thani can continue to develop in a balanced manner. "A Living and Resilient Heritage" (Living and Resilient Heritage) that still maintains its identity along with having a good quality of life for the people in the community and is the pride of the people of Uthai Thani for generations to come.
