Uthai Thani is committed to becoming a fully-fledged "Green Route." Being a part of conservation isn't difficult; simply follow these four easy steps.

Bring a water bottle and a cloth bag.

Reduce your carbon footprint by carrying your own water bottle and reusable shopping bag at the Trok Rong Ya walking street. Reduce single-use plastics by 100%.

Dispose of waste properly; separate your waste.

Please dispose of your trash in the bins and sort it according to the color-coded bins in your area. Many types of organic waste can be composted to fertilize the community's trees.

Support local OTOP products.

Choose souvenirs made locally in the community, such as hand-woven fabrics, processed foods made from rhinoceros fish, or woven handicrafts. This helps distribute income and reduces transportation costs that cause pollution.

Use resources efficiently.

While staying in a homestay or houseboat, use the air conditioning at an appropriate temperature, turn off the lights when not in use, and strictly maintain the cleanliness of the water sources.
